Swansea Cargo bicycle 3 swans made in Freo Circa 1930s rare bike in BAYSWATER, Western Australia for sale

A Swansea Cargo bike possibly used by butchers, bakers, Boans delivery.
3 swans logo on the frame. serial Number 16420
Looking at the build I am guessing 1930s. Wheels, cranks handlebars and seat are from a later period. Has been sandblasted and repainted at some time which has halted the rust.
Frame shows signs of significant rust pitting before re painting. I don't believe this detracts from the bike due to its uniqueness. The frame looks straight and is in very reasonable condition. It could easily be made rideable again or even restored.
This would suit a Swansea collector, Freo collector, Boans collector, bike collector or someone looking for that retro piece for a business display coffee shop etc.
