Am waiting to hear from my current boarder to see if he is renewing his work contract.
You would be sharing with myself, a guy in the mining sector (who is often away) and a friendly little cat.
The house is modern and a 4 X 2 with a courtyard. It is not a party house and is stress free. Over 40's only.
Gas, Electricity and WIFI is included in the Rent being $200 per week.

Walking distance to the Train Station and 12 minutes to the Domestic Airport by car.
Short term or long term is suitable.
Bond is $400 being 2 weeks rent.
